Buddy Days At Karate World-Get Off The Couch!

Come join us at Karate World and see how we can help get your kids off the couch and having fun!

In todays society, kids spend more time indoors and inactive than ever before.

According to the CDC Long-Term Consequeences of Physical Inactivity include:

  • Overweight and obesity, which are influenced by physical inactivity and poor diet, can increase one’s risk for
  • diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, arthritis, and poor health status.
  • Physical inactivity increases one’s risk for dying prematurely, dying of heart disease, and developing diabetes, colon cancer, and high blood pressure.

Don’t know what to do? We at Karate World are here and ready to help! Keep your kids active and engaged all year long.  We offer many kids martial arts programs.

We will be holding “Buddy Days” at Karate World on Tuesday and Thursday, January 16th and 18th for knee-hi ninjas at 5:45 PM – and Wednesday, January 17th for all taekwondo students, age 7 and older at 5:45 PM.
